Terms & Condition of the quotation

We kindly ask that you provide us with your best offer meeting the following terms and conditions:

1. Quantity: 1,000 metric tonnes of 1121 grain white Sella Basmati rice.
2. Quality: Grade A quality rice conforming to industry standards.
3. Delivery: CNF (Cost and Freight) at the port of Mombasa, Kenya.
4. Validity: The quotation should remain valid for a minimum of 60 days from the date of submission. your quote should be in a none editable PDF format not more than 20MB
5. Samples: Courier samples of the rice must be provided for our confirmation before placing the order.
6. Packaging: The rice should be packed securely in suitable packaging to ensure safe transit and storage.
7. Payment Terms: 40% of the total order value to be paid upon placement of the order, with the remaining 60% payable upon submission of the Bill of Lading (BL).
8. Delivery Schedule: Please specify the estimated delivery time frame from the date of order confirmation.
9. Certification: Provide necessary certificates of origin, quality, and compliance with international standards.
10. Insurance: The supplier must arrange appropriate insurance coverage for the shipment.
11. Currency: All prices shall be in $USD currency.
